THE INROOMPAD WEBAPP

Guests will connect to your hotel Digital Guest Directory by flashing a QR Code available in the room or at the reception desk. Once logged in, they will have access to information such your A to Z, dinner menus, events and much more. The guests can also book a table at your restaurant, a room service, a spa treatment or discover your boutique while being comfortably installed in their room. Furthermore InRoomPad Web App enables your hotel to promote services through push notifications and personalised messages.

THE INROOMPAD MOBILE APP

InRoomPadMobile is available on Google Play and Apple Store. Once installed on his phone or tablet, your guest will be able to connect to the hotel Digital Guest Directory using a QR Code provided at the reception desk or sent by email with the booking confirmation. Your guest will have access to all the important information about your hotel and its surroundings. He will be able to book hotel services and to remain informed of the latest news and promotions sent through push notifications. However our mobile app offers a lower level of personalisation compared to the web app and the dedicated tablet. It doesn’t enable you to promote services through personalised notifications and messages.

THE INROOMPAD TABLET

This dedicated tablet made available by the hotel in each of its rooms acts as a 24-hour / 7-day multilingual Digital Guest Directory. The tablet is linked to the room and is able to recognise the current guest. Our tablet offers you an optimised way to communicate about your services, your current offers and the local events. It also enables you to promote your services through personalised notifications and messages. You can welcome your guests and keep them informed of last minute offers and events, through personalised messages. The live chat with the lobby enables your guests to make requests, suggestions and complaints while being comfortably installed in their room.
