InRoomPad offers multiple in-room solutions that give your guests interactive, touchscreen access to all of your hotel key information, services and amenities.
Our offer comes in three products:
The InRoomPad Mobile App
Through our mobile app, your hotel will be able to offer services similar to those available through the InRoomPad Tablet and Web App. InRoomPadMobile is available on Google Play and Apple Store. Once installed on his phone or tablet, your guest will be able to connect to the app using a QR Code provided at the reception desk (or sent to the client by email along the booking confirmation process). It is worth noting that our mobile app offers a lower level of personalization compared to the web app and the dedicated tablet. Unlike the latter, the mobile app doesn’t enable you to promote your services through personalized notifications and messages. Nevertheless, it gives your guest access to all the important information about your hotel (your A-Z, available restaurants, dinner menus and much more) and the surroundings. The mobile app also allows your guest to book hotel services (such as restaurant, room service, wellness & Spa, hotel shopping portal…) and to remain informed of the latest news and promotions of your hotel (sent through push notifications to all those who have the mobile app).
The InRoomPad Web App
With its web app, InRoomPad enables you to offer your guests digital services similar to those available through InRoomPad Tablets, but without having to provide a tablet for each room. Guests can use their own tablets (Android or iOS) to connect to InRoomPad Web App using a simple QR Code (available in the room or provided at the reception desk) gathering all connection credentials. Once logged in, your guest has access to all the important information about your hotel (your A-Z, available restaurants, dinner menus and much more) and the surroundings. He can book hotel services (such as restaurant, room service, wellness & Spa, hotel shopping portal…) while being comfortably installed in his room or having a drink in the hotel’s lounge. Furthermore, InRoomPad Web App enables you to promote your services through personalized notifications and messages. You can also welcome your guests and keep them informed of last minute offers and events, through personalized messages
The InRoomPad Tablet
This is a dedicated tablet made available by the hotel in each of its rooms, to act as a 24-hour / 7-day multilingual information platform. The tablet is linked to the room and, thus, is able to recognize the current guest. Our tablet offers you an optimized way to communicate about your services, your current offers and the local events, enhancing the experience of staying at your hotel. It also enables you to promote your services through personalized notifications and messages. On one hand, you can welcome your guests and keep them informed of last minute offers and events, through personalized messages. On the other hand, the live chat with the lobby enables your guests to make their queries, requests, suggestions and complaints while being comfortably installed in their room.
