THE INROOMPAD WEBAPP

Guests can connect to InRoomPad Web App using a QR Code available in the room or at the reception desk. Once logged in, your guest has access to all the important information about your hotel and its surroundings (your A-Z, restaurants, dinner menus, events and much more). He can book hotel services (such as restaurant, room service, Wellness & Spa, hotel shopping portal…) while being comfortably installed in his room or having a drink in the hotel’s lounge. InRoomPad Web App enables you to promote your services through personalised notifications and messages. You can also welcome your guests and keep them informed of last minute offers and events.

THE INROOMPAD MOBILE APP

InRoomPadMobile is available on Google Play and Apple Store. Once installed on his phone or tablet, your guest will be able to connect to the app using a QR Code provided at the reception desk or sent to the client by email along with the booking confirmation. Our mobile app offers a lower level of personalisation compared to the web app and the dedicated tablet: it doesn’t enable you to promote your services through personalised notifications and messages. Nevertheless, it gives your guest access to all the important information about your hotel and its surroundings. The mobile app also allows guest to book hotel services and to remain informed of the latest news and promotions of your hotel sent through push notifications.

THE INROOMPAD TABLET

This dedicated tablet made available by the hotel in each of its rooms acts as a 24-hour / 7-day multilingual information platform. The tablet is linked to the room and able to recognise the current guest. Our tablet offers you an optimised way to communicate about your services, your current offers and the local events, enhancing the experience of staying at your hotel. It also enables you to promote your services through personalised notifications and messages. You can welcome your guests and keep them informed of last minute offers and events, through personalised messages. The live chat with the lobby enables your guests to make requests, suggestions and complaints while being comfortably installed in their room.
